Way too often we think that we have to do everything on our own. While impressive, it can be overwhelming and debilitating. By partnering with a whole life coach, you don't have to “go at it” alone!  Coaching  will provide the encouragement, structure and accountability needed to achieve your vision of success.

Whether you come to coaching for support in achieving a specific outcome like improving a relationship,  overcoming a business challenge, or developing the leadership skills to get that promotion, coaching accelerates progress to goals and helps you accomplish things that you may not have been able to do on your own.  

Professional coaching focuses on setting goals, creating outcomes and managing personal change. Other service professions, like consulting and psychotherapy, are based on the wisdom and expertise of the professional. In coaching you—the coachee—are the expert. Your coach’s role is to ask powerful questions, act as a sounding board, provide objective assessment and observations, listen fully and actively, challenge your blind spots, and foster shifts in thinking that reveal fresh perspectives. 

At  Results Coaching, we help you discover how  you may be getting in the way of your own success, motivate you through periods of inertia, and help bring balance into your life. When you are stuck, or unsure how to proceed, your trained coach will prompt thought to encourage self-exploration, uncover limiting beliefs, and help you create a plan to propel you into action.

To support you in discovering your strengths and areas of opportunities, we may recommend administering  Social+Emotional Intelligence (SEIP®) self-assessment which helps you gain insights in 26 core competencies. The results of this assessment will be used when setting goals for your personal success plan and measuring the success of your coaching engagement. 

Based on the specific objectives you want to achieve, we’ll create a coaching engagement that is right for you.  Coaching engagements range from 3-12 months meeting twice a month or monthly for 60-90 minutes in person or via Zoom.
